Below are the current properties that we manage:

Fajara Waterfront
- The Fajara Waterfront complex consists of modern contemporarily designed residences located on the most prestigious residential area in the Gambia Atlantic Boulevard, Fajara on a waterfront property of over 1.65 hectares (16500 m²) backing to Fajara Golf Course.
- The Fajara Waterfront Complex comprises the following;
21 units of 2 bedroom apartments
21 units of 3 bedroom apartments
7 units of 4 bedroom penthouses
3 units of 3 bedroom bungalows
& 10 units of 4 bedroom villas
Bliss Services serves as Facility Manager for this complex with the following core scope:
- The employment and provision of a full-time Property Manager to be based on the Property during normal business hours to manage and undertake the day-to-day management of the facilities.
- Managing all aspects of the delivery of the Services to the Property in accordance with the Annual Budget Forecast approved by the Directors, through the management of the Operational Staff and the purchase of consumables and utilities and of third-party services as further set out herein.
- Managing the employment of Operational Staff employed by the Fajara Waterfront Board (FWF) including recruitment, any staff welfare or disciplinary matters and the payment of all wages, allowances and taxation property due in this respect from the FWF Bank Account all in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The procurement of all consumable supplies required for the provision of the services including cleaning materials, gardening tools etc.
- Managing the negotiation, execution and operation of contracts to be entered into between Fajara Waterfront and third parties for the delivery of the Services, including the administration of the payment of fees due for such Services including generator fueling and maintenance, lift maintenance, utilities for the common areas and waste disposal.
- Financial management of the Fajara Waterfront on behalf of the Owners Association including collection of Service Charges, procurement of insurance, preparation of audited statutory accounts and annual budget preparation.
- Company secretarial services to the Fajara Waterfront Owners Association including administration of board meetings and managing statutory records.
- We offer Apartment management services for owners who do not live in The Gambia. From tenancy agreements to regular routine checks or management of renovation works, we’ve got it covered.
- We offer the facilitation of a resident outreach program that organizes events and activities for residents to network, bond and get to know each other. These would include Christmas and New Year’s dinners, summer picnics and all other feasts and holiday celebrations.
- Specialized identification cards for staff to make it easier for security to control the area and make it safer.
- 24hr support line for residents for urgent matters only
