Salameh complex is a one-of-a-kind building complex located right on the Brusubi / Sukuta highway. It is a complex that stands out in the midst of its surroundings and with just a look, one can tell that it was made with precision, care, and a high sense of detail and quality. The interior of the complex is just as impressive, as no expense has been spared to make sure that only the best contractor, the highest quality of materials, and the most experienced staff worked together to create the masterpiece that pushes the boundary of quality building in The Gambia. From initiation, every single detail was taken into consideration as all wiring, plumbing, A/c connections, and internet & TV network cables are built into the walls using only European brands and a European standard of building.

The complex has a private property company that manages the building for the convenience of the tenants. There is an internal building supervisor with an office in the complex, cleaners for the exterior, stairs and hallways of the building and 24/7 security personnel present at the complex at all times. The complex has an 80 KVA generator and provides a trash collection service. It also has a 24/7 hotline for all emergency or maintenance services.
